2009 KOYO Annual Meeting Held in Chengdu

Koyo held its Annual Meeting & Target Responsibility Documents Signing Ceremony at Sichuan Tennis International Hotel as scheduled on Dec.18, 2009, preceded with a Management Discussion meeting at the same place on the previous day.
The Meeting was hosted by executive director Mr. Li Shengdi. Executive Director Ms.Chi Chuan announced the Setting of Organizations and Appointment of Personnel. Chief Executive Director Mr. Yuan Bai and Chairman Mr.Li Weiruo both spoke at the meeting. Mr. Yuan pointed in his Work Report 2009 that due to the sluggish market, the operation situation for the whole year was severe; however, the company has passed through the hardest time. With the recovering of the market, all staff should be prepared to take the chance and integrate efforts for the 2010 targets. Chairman Li highly valued the establishment of Sichuan Koyo AgtoChem Co., Ltd as it shall play an important role in enhancing the branding and the marketing. While Dazhou 400kta Ammonia and 450kta Urea Project shall soon put into operation, he was confident that it would bring new development chances to the whole Group. Mr. Li also called for joint efforts to overcome difficulties, update thoughts, and improve management abilities to keep the company growing vigorously.
Chief leaders of the subsidiaries also talked about their work plan at the meeting. In addition, a Fertilizer Industry Report was given by the Sales President. Finally, the staff shared work experience during the free time. The meeting ended with the Song of the Company.
The annual meeting has helped the staff review clearly of 2009 and look forward to 2010, which has become into a solid foundation for the coming year.
